T-Mobile announced the launch of two new internet plans today, aiming to enhance connectivity for both home users and frequent travelers. This introduction includes Home Internet Plus—a premium home internet package—and Away, a flexible plan designed for travelers.

Home Internet Plus: Enhanced Home Connectivity
Home Internet Plus is set to enrich the at-home internet experience. This plan includes a 5G gateway and a Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point, offering expansive coverage that can stretch up to 2,200 additional square feet. It suits households with a high demand for internet, ensuring seamless connectivity across various devices and activities. Customers also benefit from unlimited live tech support for their Wi-Fi and connected smart devices, delivered via Assurant Personal TechPro.
This comprehensive package retains core features known to T-Mobile Home Internet customers, such as Price Lock, no equipment fees, and easy setup. Starting April 26, Home Internet Plus will be available for $70 a month with AutoPay, or $50 a month if combined with a premium voice line via AutoPay.
Away: Reliable Internet for Travelers
Recognizing the needs of travelers, T-Mobile is introducing Away, a plan that promises nationwide connectivity through its robust 5G network. Key features include a supplied 5G gateway enabling connection for up to 64 devices, enhanced security, and an unlimited data option. This plan is specifically designed for RVers, campers, and other frequent travelers who require dependable internet access on the move.
Away also guarantees pricing stability with its Price Lock feature. It will officially be available starting May 8, ideal for the upcoming summer travel season, with pricing options of $160 per month for unlimited data or $110 per month for 200 gigabytes of data, both with AutoPay.
