GPS Speedometer

Ever wish you could tell how fast you were going as if you were the one behind the steering wheel? Well, gopinathann, has created an app that mimics an automobile speedometer. It uses your device’s built in GPS to track how fast you are moving and displays the speed on your screen.

This could come in handy if you’re riding a train or bus and want to see how fast you’re going; or if your friends like to drive fast and you want to keep an eye on the speed, but can’t view the meter from where you’re sitting. So far, this app is only available for QVGA and VGA screens, but the developer is thinking about WVGA as well.

damn these speedometers just keep getting fancier and fancier as the time goes along..... doesnt seem that long ago that i had the i930 and we thought that stuff was cool along with the basic 6700 apps and such when that device came out.... hahahaha the good ole times ill tell you what... i still cant believe it took you as long as it did to drop nextel anyways pb.... it was liek months into building of spj that you finally decided to go out and get your mogul hahahaa
