arent you suppose to hear a whistle? i dont hear anything unless this is even softer then the ring tone i have like this.
try changing the frequency of it...if at highest frequency there is a chance you wont hear it...

hahahaha this is a dog whistle, your not supposed to hear it since they are high frequencies this is meant for dogs since they have more sensative ears and can pick up the higher frequencies that we cant.
