Can someone make a slide to unlock GT

Is there any way to make a slide to unlock using the attached picture?

im not really sure how to install one either. but im sure it wont be too hard. ill need a background for it too. ill attach that too. the GT emblem will be the thing sliding and the picture will be for the background. thank you!

let me know if you dont think the pictures will look good together. thanks again

i can do it with the pic as landscape.. do u want another as portrait or the same?? ill make the wallpaper/wallpaperl and arrows let me know asap im leaving work...

nevermind guys i found the tutorial and made it myself!! i can attach it if anyone wants it. or just to have it on here maybe. not HERE of course. but in the s2u2 themes.
