Known Issues
AT&T Ringtone is not seen
[GSM-BTR-1-7962] It should display the full E.164
MSISDN (+11 digit format) in VSC invitation & screen
[GSM-BTR-1-7972] It shouldn't pop-up message
notification during VS call
[GSM-BTR-1-7978] The speakerphone can't be turned on
when a headset is connected
LEAP TKIP is disabled
[GSM-BTR-1-3071,3072,3073]Missing the priority icon
when receiving the MMS set to Low/High priority
GSM-BTR-1-3138]MMS doesn't support to delete all read
messages from the Inbox.(retained the locked or unread
MMS messages)
On my Tilt with fresh flash it shows:
114.55 Total Storage
85.27 Free
101.32 Total Program
67.17 Free
is has MSVC 1.6.19209 (most updated version) but it still has the Unknown or Private Caller bug which will not announce or play a ringtone.
before you flash this ROM you need to do HardSPL

* Connect Kaiser to computer using USB cable
* Make sure ActiveSync icon is GREEN
* RUN kaiser-HardSPL.exe on Computer (PC)
* Follow instructions on screen
