[RELEASE] The Tool v0010911070321(Alpha version

The Tool is yet another one file explorer and task manager. This application is still in the alpha stage, more details will be avalible soon

+ files/folders multi selection added
+ scroll bars added
- deleting folders bug fixed tp
- dialog displaying issue for PPC WM2003SE fixed u)
- command bar buttons updating bug fixed

+ added system status view
+ added display of files size and date in the browser view
+ toolbar improved RUlC
- copy&paste issue fixed
