PreVino - Wine search App

PreVino currently is a basic app used to search snooth for wine rating and reviews. PreVino is in its early stages and
has alot of work to do, but this gets the job done.

Added new icon
Improved results and added images.

Implemented AJAX GET for faster response and better ui.

-Known problems: Doesnt pull more then 10 results

Changed button to respond to tap to tell its searching.
