Wasn't sure at first but if you take the picture that's provided and hella zoom in to the bottom right hand corner you will see that it says "Windows XP Home Edition" on it so I'm gonna have to go with XP as my answer on this oneComment

dude these are nice themes. they all work on XP and lool nice. Can you find more that are this easy to install and dont take an exe file? Thanked and Installed

it really change the look on my laptop..nice and easy like u said will defenitely be looking for some more..exe install bring alot of stuff that will give u promblems when unistalling..sigpicIf you have been helped hit the thumbs upComment

installed fine on my side extract file and copy and paste to c:drive/windows/resources/themes and click on the icon and apply from there...hope this helps..sigpicIf you have been helped hit the thumbs upComment

I had already tried that. It just takes me to the "Appearance" tab in Display properties where this option is not listed.... :'( So I analized the resources\themes folder to see what I was missing and I do see that for each option there's a .theme file that allows for picking in the "Themes" tab of the same window. I understand that the .theme file includes all the information, but I could obviously be wrong, which brings me to the question "What haven't I installed that is not letting me do this?"
