LCD Touch-screen is one of the most delicate part of any PocketPC phone, which cannot be visualized easily with our naked eyes. Here is a free software that will help you spot any dead pixels on the PocketPC LCD.
Very useful if you're purchasing a refurbished or a used PocketPC. LCD Check will fill your display completely with all primary colors one after the other, making the dead pixels obvious.
Once you see such dead pixel and if you're device is still under warranty, most likely you shall be qualified for a replacement. Else you may need to replace the screen alone from your own pocket which may come around 100 bucks.
Although the screen sizes maybe same, make sure you purchase the screen specific for your PocketPC model as others don't work usually.
