what happend is its named 'shellres.192.dll.0409.mui' so it works for the MIGHTYROMS. if u dont use mightyroms rename it to 'shell.192.dll'i thing thats what it is im not sure can someone plz post the correct file name..

ok here it is it would not let me install via a cab for some odd reason so you gotta do it manually. read the instructions in the readme if your running my blue taskbar.
if you still have the touch like your profile says you dont need to rename anything.....you do need to go to the xda link to download the qvga version since the zip he posted is for vga only.
