the color can be changed but they can not be gotten rid of.

Oh okay. is it something I would change? or something in the theme that needs to be changed? cause I know that I can't get rid of the lines, but I just wanted to make the two background colors similar to white enough so that the black font on the name contrasts the background and not blends in.

i can do it for you just tell me what color you would want htem i would have to change the settings in the theme itself.
